The Many Health Benefits of H3O Hydration

H3O Hydration is the ultimate tonic. With a powerful blend of resveratrol, hyaluronic acid and ionic minerals, it hydrates and conditions cells from within; a perfect ‘skin’ pick me up but did you know there are many other benefits associated with this amazing drink.

We often cover how important it is to stay hydrated for well being and energy levels but taking this drink one to two times per day can also help to keep you in the best of health long term.

Recent studies have shown that inulin one of our active ingredients actually helps to reduce fat around the internal organs. This fat known as visceral is much more dangerous and difficult to lose than the fat we see on our stomach, arms and legs. Visceral fat (which gets its name from viscera, which refers to the internal organs in the abdomen) it lies within the torso, wrapping itself around your heart, liver, and other major organs. In fact, it’s possible to be relatively thin and still have too much visceral fat. That’s why it’s sometimes referred to as “hidden” belly fat, but we prefer to think of it as “deadly.” Excess visceral fat can literally subtract years from your life.

A daily dose of inulin is recommended to reduce this fat, add a drink of H3O Hydration to your daily routine.

There is much more to this drink than that as research suggests that the red grape skin extract, Resveratrol, may improve bone density.

Work has been carried out to investigate the effects of resveratrol supplementation on the bone density of middle-aged men who had been diagnosed with diabetes.

Resveratrol is a natural antioxidant polyphenol found in red wine and grapes, it is well documented in regards to heart health and it’s anti-inflammatory properties.

A resveratrol supplement placebo was taken twice a day for 16 weeks.

Results showed that bone density in the lumbar spine improved by supplementing with resveratrol. The study suggests that resveratrol may help to offset bone loss and osteoporosis.

H3O Hydration is also rich in magnesium and a recent study has shown that taking a magnesium supplement can help to increase energy and vitality levels.
